B and I along with Rob workout together about 5 times a week so i know how dedicated he is to the sport in practicing it and teaching it even though he gets all his advice from me lol, as we get older it gets harder to come to the gym with tones of motivation and focus in which i know for a fact he has both so you wont go wrong with him as your personal trainer ( OORAH )

I am a personal training guru who has witness the ups and downs of the fitness world one minute we have the energy to conquer the world and next minute we are looking into the mirror wondering if it’s the same person.
